At My Sauna World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the sauna or accessory is disassembled and packed securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and hardware.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large sauna units, we will coordinate with a freight carrier for curbside pickup; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
